In 2017 we realized a project for Fortissue, a company operating in the paper industry. A very complicated project of a rack clad building was installed among three existing buildings and provided very limited space for storing and preparation of the material.
We built gigantic shelving in Germany for the internet retailer ZALANDO, a runner-up on the market second only to Amazon. It was the largest building at the turn of 2016. The large system of pick tower shelving would span an area of 96,000 m2. The project was one of many that we carried out not only for this customer, but also for Amazon in Prague and other European capitals.
In 2017, we built gigantic shelving in Poland for the internet retailer ZALANDO. The large system of pick tower shelving would span an area of 96,000 m2 the same as in Germany.
We carried out a project for REWE Group, a multi-national retail supermarket chain, involving over 90 workers. The installation time was very short and our company managed to finish the work according to the specified schedule. The systems to install would include miniloads and CRS racks along with mezzanines with a total area over 20,000 m2. We also installed accessories.
COOP is an internationally utilized business brand of consumer cooperatives. Over 55 workers worked on this construction site. Miniload systems and CRS racks along with stackers were installed. This technologically complex structure was installed over two phases. The high intelligence of the deployed systems allows us to stock over 5000 items.
Over the last 4 years, our company carried out a total of three rack clad buildings for LEGO, one of the largest toy manufacturers. In 2015, we built the last warehouse, which boasted a capacity of 180,000 miniload rack positions. Like the previous one, we were installing this project in 2009 already.
Founded in 1887 in Zaandam, Netherlands, Albert Heijn is the oldest company of the Ahold holding. For this customer we have erected 4418 frames. It was an atypical racking system – combining miniload and shuttle system, two HDS shuttle blocks.
