PROJECTS
Our PMO team ensures the process of our work on a global scale is the same across all our projects. Standard ISO EN 1090-2 specifies requirements for the execution of structural steelwork as structures or as manufactured components. We can guarantee the correct and customer expected project management process from project acquisition to project handover.
Project preparation
We apply for major contracts in view of available staff capacities, which are usually occupied by our customers up to a year in advance. Detailed negotiations with the investor are important for us before winning an order.
Calculation
The commercial department calculates the economic requirements of the project, which takes into account, among other things, the legal conditions of the location, such as the need to establish a branch office, arrange visas for employees etc.
Documentation
Our fully professional design office prepares all project documentation in accordance with the highest international ISO standards.
Planning
Regular coordination meetings of the implementation team are held during the planning process. At the same time, human resources, mechanisation and facilities in the area are mobilised. Recruitment to complete the work teams is necessary at this stage.
Processing
Project implementation is always carried out with a focus on occupational safety, especially at heights. Regular control measurements, a fair evaluation system for workers, inspection days etc. are an integral part of any construction project.
