We held workshops in all our offices in the Czech Republic, Florida and Australia during January and February.
The winter workshop for Supervisors and Project Management Office (PMO) staff focused on new developments in project management, health, safety and environment (HSE), information technology (IT), human resources (HR), assembly quality and the most common errors.
Jiří Grossmann and Bára Wenigová both ran workshops. Jiří led a workshop for mechanics in Pardubice and Bára led a workshop for measurement technicians.
We are planning more workshops where you will need to attend in person. These are planned for December 2025, but we will meet online throughout the year. Group online programmes and workshops will be held in the summer of 2025.
